  • 1 - 29’ x 30’ (870sf) community room for rent

    • Hourly rental: $75*

  • 2 - 10’ x 10.2’ (102sf) service rooms for rent

    • Hourly rental: $45*

    • Monthly rental: $850*

  • 2 Bathrooms (1 ADA compliant)

  • Kitchenette/prep area with laundry

  • Covered entry with bike storage and accessibility ramp
